Ramona Levine and her husband Sam left Brooklyn in 2017 so she could pursue her lifelong dream of opening a small café where, like the TV show Cheers, “everybody knows your name.” Her careers in catering and accounting made her finally ready to open a little kosher dairy restaurant and enjoy making people happy.
Every morning it’s usually Sam that opens up while Ramona runs errands, confers with the chef about the day’s specials and picks up fresh items from the markets.
In the short time Ramona’s has been open, it’s become a local favorite. Friends and families meet for regularly scheduled lunches and dinners. Special occasions are being celebrated and the local West Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce holds its Monthly Breakfast at Ramona’s.
